Compatibility of silicone rubber nano iron developing composite in vitro blood
Recently, researchers at the Hainan Medical University International College of nursing papers, to evaluate the silicon rubber composite nano iron developing in vitro blood compatibility. Research indicates that, silicon rubber nanometer iron developingcomposite has good compatibility with blood. This paper is published in the 2014 third issue of "Journal of Hainan Medical University" magazine.
The silicon rubber nano iron material cut into 0.5cm × 0.5cm block, 1g byphysiological saline immersion in sodium citrate anticoagulation whole blood, at 37 ℃incubator incubator tilt rotation, 30r/min rotation, remove after 30min, respectively,blood analysis, blood analysis and total serum complement (CH50) detection, with silicone rubber and blank control.
Blood and iron nano silicon rubber contact, prothrombin time, activated partialthromboplastin time, fibrinogen and D- dimer concentration two and silicon rubber and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05); white blood cell, red blood cell count and silicon rubber as compared with the control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05); platelet count and silicon rubber and compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); blood CH50, C3, C5 activity and silicon rubber as compared with the control group showed no significant differences (P>0.05).
